As a nurse with us, you will work with healthy individuals and conduct examinations, assessments, and selections for professions and education requiring special suitability.

At the testing units, senior physicians, psychologists, nurses, and testing administrators work together with our caseworkers. In total, you will have about 65 colleagues working together to achieve our goals. We are located in newly renovated premises at Linnéplatsen with a view of Slottsskogen and close to the city center.

Your Responsibilities

In the role of a nurse

• you will conduct health examinations for candidates applying for education and employment within the Armed Forces and the Police Authority, as well as for other clients.
• you will work independently based on our established methods and guidelines, while your efforts are part of a common testing chain.

It is important that you enjoy structured work content and methods as part of a shared mission.

Our working methods are based on scientific principles and proven experience, which means that we conduct selections with high quality to ensure the right person is in the right place with the right responsibility.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for someone

• who is a nurse with a license issued by the National Board of Health and Welfare
• with several years of experience in clinical work in a patient-centered environment

You are a person with maturity and inner stability. You have a good ability to adapt to changing situations and can handle unpredictability in a calm and structured manner. You demonstrate good judgment even under pressure and take responsibility for your actions.

You collaborate well with others by listening, communicating clearly, and contributing to a functioning group dynamic. At the same time, you can act independently when the situation requires it. You have empathy and understanding for others, but can also make decisions with objectivity and balance. You work meticulously and strive for quality in what you do.

About the Employment

We offer you a fixed-term employment starting by agreement until April 29, 2027, with a possibility of extension.

Due to the nature of the work, you cannot work from home, but we hope this can instead contribute to a clearer division between work and leisure. You have the opportunity to exercise during work hours when it fits the operations, and you are offered a favorable wellness allowance.
