HemTrevnad was founded in 2006. Individuals who have been granted home care and security alarms in Alingsås have the option to choose HemTrevnad as their provider. We are present in almost all of Alingsås Municipality! HemTrevnad also performs services that are eligible for RUT deductions.

At HemTrevnad, we work person-centered with a flexible and family-like approach.

We offer:

HemTrevnad's employees have influence over the planning for the day and can largely affect the scheduling of working hours. We work during the day and/or evening (no night shifts).

We do not work with minute-by-minute management of daily schedules. In your work, you will have support from a manager and coordinator on site. You will receive several introductory days, both practical sessions and theoretical training.

Job Responsibilities

Your workday is planned based on approved services and the individual’s implementation plan. Approved services can range from light activation, such as walks, to caring for individuals with various care needs such as hygiene, meal preparation, and personal care.

Most importantly, the individual must feel trust in you and receive the help and support they need at the right time and delivered with high quality.

As an assistant, you will work with care services/service tasks, and if you are a care assistant, you will have the opportunity to receive delegation and administer medication.

Qualifications

You have a B driver's license or can cycle. You have a good command of the Swedish language in both speech and writing. You should be able to work 4-8 weeks during the summer months of June/July/August.

You are a confident person who can perform your work with precision, attentiveness, and helpfulness. You are an important piece of our operation, and great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

You need to be able to handle everyday issues with tact, sensitivity, and good judgment. You have the ability to build good relationships with clients and their relatives as well as with other professionals you collaborate with.

Care Assistant (800 high school credits)

Assistant (Other education or experience in similar work)

A criminal record extract is required to be considered for a position at HemTrevnad.
