Your Role as a Pharmacist at Kronans Apotek Stenungsund and Stora Höga (Franchise)

We are looking for a driven and engaged pharmacist for our pharmacies in Stenungsund and Stora Höga. Both pharmacies are just a stone's throw from the train station, easily accessible by train, bus, or car, and the surrounding areas have healthcare centers, gyms, grocery stores, and residences. The pharmacies are within walking distance to salty baths. We have a wonderful mix of customers of all ages, many of whom have been loyal to us since the pharmacies opened.

You will work alongside a fantastic team consisting of five pharmacists and three pharmacy technicians who collectively take great responsibility for the pharmacies and create world-class customer experiences.

The daily work is varied and includes everything from advising and selling medications and self-care products to working with pharmacy services, inventory management, quality, and development.

Your role also includes the following responsibilities and tasks:

• You are responsible for dispensing the right medication to each customer and providing the best possible patient advice while creating a world-class customer experience.
• Foster participation within the pharmacy and promote good group dynamics through effective collaboration with your colleagues.

The pharmacies are open from 9 AM to 6 PM on weekdays, 10 AM to 1 PM on Saturdays, and closed on Sundays. We offer a permanent position, either part-time or full-time, and you will be welcomed into the team led by pharmacy manager Hanna Stenstad. Desired start date is immediate or as agreed.

We are looking for someone who is a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician, preferably with experience from previous pharmacy work. An entrepreneur-driven pharmacy is owned by an entrepreneur who independently runs and owns their pharmacy in their own company and is solely responsible for the company's results and staff. Franchise pharmacies share the common brand and product range with the rest of the organization. The entrepreneur also receives support regarding business operations and its employees from the service organization. As an employee at a franchise pharmacy, you gain significant insight into how to run a pharmacy and have the opportunity to influence the pharmacy's operations and results to a large extent due to short decision-making paths.
