We are now looking for a person who will be responsible for the company's customer contacts and sales.

About us:

Lillegräv is a small company that works with earthworks in southern Stockholm. Our customers are mainly private individuals who want to renovate and expand their gardens.

We create gardens, build swimming pools, replace water and sewage pipes, drain houses, build foundations, stone walls, paving, and much more. We perform all types of excavation and earthworks with great variation during the season. During the winter season, snow removal is a large part of our assignments.

Your tasks:

You will primarily handle all of the company's customer contacts via email, phone, social media, etc. You will upsell to our existing customers and seek out new customers. Create offers both digitally and in paper format.

You will conduct customer visits, estimate various assignments, and create quotes.

You will also travel to our work sites with smaller deliveries, talk to customers and staff on-site to ensure that the final result meets expectations.

The work is flexible, and you will plan your day largely by yourself.

Previous experience:

Experience is not a requirement. However, we highly value interest, curiosity, willingness to work, and humility towards both tasks and customers.

Experience in gardening, garden design, earthworks, and customer contacts is advantageous but not required. A driver's license of a higher category and possibly operating certificates for various machines are also advantageous but not required.

It is an advantage if you live in southern Stockholm where most assignments are located. You are expected to understand, speak, and write Swedish fluently.
