About the job as Supplier Quality Professional

As a Supplier Quality Professional at Manpower, placed at Siemens Energy in Finspång, you will play a central role in ensuring high quality in the supplier chain. In close collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, and purchasing functions, you will be responsible for driving deviation management, analyzing patterns, and developing quality-driven working methods. The role is varied and combines operational problem-solving with strategic improvement work.

You will work in a competent team with SQA and SQE specialists where humility, collaboration, and clear communication are in focus. Here you will have the opportunity to influence processes, contribute new ideas, and work in a culture that values quality at all levels.

Examples of tasks:

  • Lead and coordinate deviation management throughout the chain - from registration to follow-up
  • Ensure that suppliers perform root cause analyses (RCA) and implement effective measures
  • Analyze statistics, trends, and recurring errors to strengthen quality flows
  • Prepare reports and materials for Supplier Performance Review and NCC Q-gate
  • Contribute to the development of processes and support supplier development
  • Collaborate closely with purchasing, logistics, and production to ensure stable material flows

The person we are looking for

To thrive in the role, we see that you have experience in production, quality, purchasing, logistics, or similar areas. You have a good understanding of material flows and the processes that affect quality in a technical and industrial environment. As a person, you are analytical, structured, and skilled at communicating with various stakeholders.

You thrive when you can take responsibility, drive issues forward, and create order and clarity in complex flows. Additionally, you have a natural ability to build good relationships - both internally and externally.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in production, quality, logistics, or purchasing
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Understanding of material flows and quality-driven processes
  • Good system proficiency (SAP is an advantage)
  • Ability to work in a structured and analytical manner
  • Good communication skills and ease in collaborating with different functions
