On behalf of the Swedish National Agency for Education, Merit AB is conducting a Skills Development Program for staff working in preschools. The program targets bilingual staff in preschools and also trains supervisors and managers in the preschool sector. The aim is to improve communication in the workplace - with children, with guardians, and with colleagues. Participants will also gain increased knowledge about the preschool's mission and can become more involved in the operations.

Do you want to be part of a team that works on developing the skills of bilingual staff? Your task will be to teach vocational Swedish, with themes such as the preschool's core values, staff collaboration, intercultural communication, pedagogical leadership, and digital learning tools. You will also work on establishing contacts with municipal and private preschools, principals, administrations, etc., to promote the skills development program.

We are looking for someone who has

• experience in teaching Swedish as a second language
• the ability to identify individual needs and make adjustments
• knowledge of preschools
• good digital competence

If you also have experience in adult education and systematic quality work, that is a plus!

Are you interested in the position but are in the middle of your university studies? No worries, submit your application anyway! The position covers a total of 40-80% and is located in Jönköping and Nässjö. Start in February.
