About Us

Welcome to the health center for all of life's needs! Health Center Strängnäs is a stable, constantly developing facility with broad expertise and an open climate. The health center has about 15,000 registered patients and is a region-driven operation.

At the health center, we work in teams, and you will be part of one of our teams. This approach promotes close collaboration between different professional groups and creates good conditions for knowledge exchange, security, and continuity for both staff and patients.

Here, you will find specialized nurses with clinics in asthma/COPD, heart failure, and diabetes. We have a memory team and coordinating nurses. Access to physiotherapists, occupational therapists, rehab coordinators, psychologists, and social workers is also available. Additionally, there is a unit for SSIH – specialized medical care at home, as well as BHV at the family center.

Together with other health centers in Strängnäs municipality, we staff the primary care emergency service that operates during the day at the health center on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

Your Responsibilities

As a nurse/district nurse with us, you will have a multifaceted role in close collaboration with the various professions at the health center. Typical tasks include telephone counseling in Tele Q/chat and varied work at the clinic. Here, you will be able to take your own initiatives and work both independently and in a team. You will be able to utilize your full competence! There are also opportunities for professional development, and for those who wish, there is a chance to specialize in a specific area over time. We offer a flexible working method with the possibility to work from home for certain parts of the job and an individually tailored schedule.

Your Qualifications

You are a licensed nurse or district nurse. Personal suitability is highly valued. A valid driver's license (B) is required. Good knowledge of Swedish and English is essential.

Employment Type

Temporary employment for parental leave on a full-time basis, but the working hours can be discussed. Start date according to agreement.
