Do you want to work in a team characterized by community and joy at work? Then we might be the right workplace for you!
At the Gastroenterology Department, we have fun at work! We are a gastroenterological department that treats patients in need of highly specialized medical care in gastroenterology. The patients have varying degrees of care needs, which creates diverse tasks and great opportunities for personal development. We know our patients well and strive to provide the best possible care. Our goal is for all our patients to feel comfortable!
We are a close-knit unit with proximity between professional groups and an open, positive work climate. Everyone is welcome as they are, and no question is considered stupid. We operate from a learning climate where we support our colleagues and where we have a wonderful community. Here, you will work in a multidisciplinary team consisting of nurses, nursing assistants, doctors, medical secretaries, and rehabilitation staff.
In the department, there is a social worker who is a great support to the care team and patients, as well as four specialist nurses, two of whom are experienced nursing leaders who provide support to other staff in complex nursing situations and are responsible for improvement and quality development. In September, we moved into the new hospital in Malmö and have now received completely new facilities and access to all the new technology that the new hospital offers.
Are you curious to hear more about what it’s like to work with us? Please contact us, and we will tell you more!
