Vårdcentralen Centrum is a unit with approximately 13,000 registered patients, making us one of the largest health centers in Skåne. Here, there is a wide range of expertise within our outpatient operations with district nurses, specialist doctors, ST doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, social workers, occupational and physiotherapists, and dietitians. It is important for us to offer our patients good accessibility, respectful treatment, continuity, security, and high medical competence. We have a strong interest in supervision and often have students from all professional categories with us.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for an engaged nurse focused on elderly care who wants to help develop our operations. Together with your colleagues, you will work to strengthen collaboration with the municipality and hospitals to ensure the best possible care for our elderly patients.

The work at our health center is varied and stimulating, where no day is the same as the other. As a nurse, you will work with your colleagues on triage, telephone advice, and outpatient operations. We have a strong focus on patient safety and prioritize a good working environment for all employees.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you who are a licensed nurse with the authority to work within Swedish healthcare. Language skills in Swedish, at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe’s scale, are required. Furthermore, it is an advantage if you have previous experience working at a health center, preferably within primary care.

We use IT support to streamline care and free up time for personal meetings with patients. Therefore, it is advantageous if you have experience working in various operational systems.

As a person, you thrive on variety in your work and always put patients first. You have the ability to quickly adapt when the situation requires it, as the workload can be variable. It is also important that you can work independently while valuing good collaboration with colleagues at the health center. We hope that you have a strong interest in health-promoting work.
