Description

We are now looking for two coordinators who will act as a spider in the web at the Brattska care home.

You will support the two managers who share the leadership for over 45 colleagues.

Workplace:

Brattska Gården is located in Vålberg and is one of the municipality's care homes for people with cognitive difficulties. The facility has a total of 48 places distributed across five departments, including one department for care recipients with somatic needs.

Job Responsibilities

As a coordinator, you will divide your working hours between coordination (about 35%) and care work (65%), which includes evening and weekend shifts.

The main task in the administrative work is to plan the staffing of the care home. You will also coordinate visits to the care home, which may include family members, craftsmen, deliveries, etc. In collaboration with the unit managers, you will continuously assess and manage the need for staff in the future, both planned and unplanned absences. As a coordinator, you will work closely with the other staff members of the facility and will also have contacts with other professionals in the administration.

In the care work, you will meet the individual needs of the care recipients for care and support. You will perform certain delegated health care tasks. The work includes documentation according to applicable legislation.

As a coordinator, you will receive a fixed-term assignment of 12-24 months with a permanent position as a care assistant at Brattska care home.

Qualifications

You are a trained care assistant with experience in care work. If you have worked as a coordinator, team leader, or similar, it is an advantage.

You need to have good computer skills, preferably in Microsoft Office and SharePoint, where we communicate news and store information. Experience with the operational system Treserva, where we maintain social documentation, and the personnel system Heroma, where we place orders and plan for training, is a requirement. You also have financial awareness and knowledge of the working hours act.

The role of coordinator is challenging as it requires sensitivity and loyalty towards both the employer and employees. To thrive in this role, you need to be structured and have well-developed communication skills. We also believe that high integrity, personal maturity, and the ability to understand and see the big picture are essential. You are skilled in logistics and planning and are interested in development work. As a person, you are proactive and have an independent working style. Great emphasis is placed on personal qualities.
