About the position

This is a full-time consulting assignment lasting until 2026-08-31. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Lantmännen. There are good opportunities for extension of the assignment.

💼 Responsibilities

Your main tasks in Lantmännen's delivery planning consist of planning and coordinating deliveries, managing problems and finding solutions, as well as answering other general inquiries from Swedish farmers. You will receive and handle cases via phone and email. The role also involves close collaboration with internal departments such as planning, purchasing, sales, and production, acting as both internal support and customer support. You will be offered a varied role in a team of engaged colleagues.

🔍 Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Experience in a service-related profession

• Experience in customer service and/or delivery planning is highly meritorious

• Post-secondary education in a relevant field is meritorious

• Good computer and system skills

• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing

• It is very meritorious if you have experience with ERP systems, especially Movex M3, as this system will be a central part of your work.
