JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a driven, positive, and secure colleague for our communication group within daily operations.
We work with individuals at an early developmental level, so it is important that you can notice small signals and build communication based on each individual.
Our mission is to implement decisions from authorities, which means we should offer daily activities to individuals of working age within LSS. Your tasks will therefore be tailored to the users and their needs, and you should have the ability to guide and support the user in activities individually and/or in groups. Another part of the assignment involves being responsible for ensuring that work plans/implementation plans are established and documented in Treserva.
Collaboration is important to us, and you should work together with your colleague and other staff to drive the operations forward based on the given conditions. You should be flexible, solution-focused, stable, and secure in your demeanor. You should feel confident and understand the importance of working systematically according to routines.
We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
The work shifts are scheduled during daytime from Monday to Friday.
QUALIFICATIONS
You should have:
- Completed education from the Child and Leisure Program, Health and Care Program, or other education deemed equivalent by the employer.
- Training in low-arousal approaches
- Experience in care work, ADL training, alternative and augmentative communication, and communication aids.
- Knowledge of and experience working with autism or autism spectrum conditions as well as neuropsychiatric variations.
- Driver's license (B)
