Storm Teknik AB is a company focused on service, repair, and maintenance of boats and engines. We operate from Slagstamarina and offer our customers comprehensive solutions. This can include engine mechanics, drive service, installation of electronics, plastic and painting work, as well as winter storage in a heated hall.

We have high technical competence and a strong focus on quality and personal service. Our goal is to be a reliable partner for recreational boat owners in Greater Stockholm.

We are currently looking for a boat mechanic as we are growing and have an increased need for service and repairs ahead of the upcoming seasons. You will be part of our workshop team at Slagsta marina. We are a small team that works closely together, and you will report to the company's owner.

As a boat mechanic, you will:

• Perform service and repairs on boat engines and drives. The work is done both independently and together with colleagues.

• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues on various types of recreational boats. You document the work and ensure that the quality remains high.

• Install GPS and other boat electronics as needed. You can also assist with simpler plastic, painting, and polishing tasks.

• Have some customer contact during the drop-off and pick-up of boats. You explain the work done in a clear and professional manner.

Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that service and repairs are carried out correctly and according to plan. You ensure that the work maintains high quality and that safety is always prioritized. You contribute to order and cleanliness in the workshop and follow the company's routines for documentation and follow-up.

Desired profile:

• At least 3 years of experience as a mechanic, preferably with a focus on boat engines or similar vehicles.

• Driving license B.

• Forklift license.

• Swedish and English in spoken and written form.

Is meticulous and quality-conscious; as the work requires precision and responsibility for customers' boats.

Is self-driven and takes initiative; as you often plan and carry out the work independently.

Is service-oriented and communicative; as you meet customers and represent the company in daily work.

Is flexible and solution-oriented; as tasks may vary depending on the season and assignments.

It is a plus if you:

• Have a skipper's license.

• Can speak Polish.

Start: As soon as possible.

Working hours: 08:00–17:00, Monday to Friday.

Location: Slagsta marina. Work may occur at various locations in Greater Stockholm.

Employment type: Full-time with a 6-month probationary period.
