About Us
We are looking for a nurse who is interested in working with orthopedics. We are a team of about 45 people who are truly passionate about orthopedic care and teamwork with the patient in focus. We care for patients with diseases of the musculoskeletal system. We work with both acute and planned care.
With us, you will gain a broad range of knowledge areas as well as the opportunity to take responsibility and develop in the area that interests you. The social community between professions is important, and we truly value this as we work in teams. Our team consists of nurses, nursing assistants, doctors, medical secretaries, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, discharge coordinators, and coordinators.
Your Responsibilities
- assess, plan, and perform interventions based on the patient's care needs
- contribute your knowledge to the teamwork
- drive improvement work in accordance with the organization's goals
- mentor new staff and students.
Your Qualifications
You are a licensed nurse, preferably with experience in orthopedic care. We are looking for someone who has interest, commitment, and motivation to work and develop the care of our patients. You have good self-awareness and collaboration skills, as well as the desire to develop both yourself and the organization. We place great importance on personal qualities.
Employment Type
We offer you a permanent position with a start date according to agreement. The position involves day and evening shifts, as well as weekend work.
