Do you want to take a key role in a food company in an exciting development phase where quality, craftsmanship, and teamwork are at the center? We are now looking for a production manager who wants to help drive our production forward.

This is a temporary position until autumn 2027, with great opportunities for continued employment. You will start by shadowing our current production manager until August this year to receive a secure and thorough introduction to the role.

About the role

As a production manager, you have a central role in the business. Currently, the majority of your time will be operational in production.

Your tasks include, among other things:

Manufacturing, packing, and delivery
Production planning – what to produce and when
Delegation and leadership in daily work
Ensuring that our high quality is always maintained
Responsibility for food safety and hygiene routines
Streamlining and organizing production
Purchasing and inventory management

This is a role for you who thrive in production, enjoy structure, and are confident in taking responsibility and leading others in daily work. You are a clear and present leader with a coaching approach. With decisiveness, humility, and commitment, you develop both the business and your employees.

We are looking for someone who

Has experience in food production (leadership experience is a plus)
Is structured, meticulous, and quality-conscious
Has a good understanding of food safety and hygiene requirements
Is solution-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment
Is a natural leader who creates engagement and collaboration
Has a forklift license
