HSB is a member-owned housing organization. We are Sweden's leading company in the management and construction of condominiums. HSB Northern Götaland manages approximately 18,000 condominiums and 280 condominium associations. In addition to our member associations, we also have a number of private condominium associations and property owners as satisfied customers. We also manage our own property portfolio of 1,100 apartments and commercial premises. Our service offerings include property services, property economics, contracting, and technology.

We are looking for someone who wants to work as a summer substitute with us this summer! The work mainly involves outdoor maintenance such as:

• Weeding

• Maintenance of flower beds and green areas

• Simple gardening and maintenance work

Meritorious but not required:

• Experience with handheld machines

• Experience driving riding lawnmowers

• Ability to work independently

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a Category B driver's license

• Is responsible and enjoys working outdoors
