 Job Responsibilities

We are looking for part-time telephone interviewers for SCB in Örebro. The tasks consist of conducting telephone interviews with individuals selected in the Party Support Survey, PSU. It is a survey that measures the current political opinion landscape in Sweden. The survey is based, among other things, on the question of which party one would vote for if there were an election today.

You will work on-site at SCB's premises, and the work is mainly scheduled in the evenings, from 5 PM to 9 PM, but other times may also occur. The most common workdays are Monday through Thursday, but work on Fridays/weekends may also be relevant.

Work will take place during May, with a possibility of extension.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, responsible, results-oriented, and interested in society. You are social, positive, and accommodating, and can adapt to different personalities and situations. We see that you have a good ability to follow the instructions given. Since some questions may be perceived as sensitive to answer, you are good at conveying a sense of security and building trust.

To be considered for the position, the following is required:

• High school diploma as the minimum educational level.

• At least one year of documented work experience.

• Good computer skills.

• Fluent Swedish in both spoken and written form.

• Good communication skills.

• Availability for at least 3 weekday shifts per week.

• Attendance during the introductory training on-site at SCB's premises in Örebro. The training, which lasts about 1.5 days, on April 29 between 8:30 AM and 5 PM and on May 4 between 10 AM and 3 PM or 4 PM and 9 PM, is mandatory in its entirety and a requirement to start working.

Meritorious

• Previous experience in interview work.

• Previous experience in interpersonal professions such as healthcare and education or service and retail, to name a few examples.

• Higher availability will be considered in the recruitment process.
