About us

We are now looking for summer substitutes for our group home in Vetlanda. In the group home, we house individuals aged 18 and over who are part of the LSS person group 1, which includes individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, or autism-like conditions.

About the position

We are currently seeking summer substitutes for our operations. As a housing supporter, you work with individuals who need support with their daily living. You will work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Providing individual support, care, and service interventions

• Planning and conducting activities with the client

• Carrying out delegated health and medical tasks

Employment conditions

Working hours are varied: day, evening, weekend, or awake night shifts.

The summer substitutes will work from week 25 to 33, with the possibility of continued hourly employment.

We apply individual salary setting and other compensation is according to collective agreements.

• Good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing, as documentation is a significant part of the job.

• A valid B driver's license

It is advantageous if you have:

• Experience from similar operations

• Education as a nursing assistant, special educator, or behavioral scientist

• Knowledge of low-arousal approach and clarifying pedagogy
