We are looking for nurses who want to take part in a unique introduction program where you will try all our areas of operation for three months: home healthcare, care and nursing homes, LSS operations, and social psychiatry.

What do we offer?

A safe and solid introduction for 3 months with guidance and the opportunity to settle into each operation for a month. After the introduction, you will continue to work in your permanent position with us. You will then be responsible for the care of our patients. You will never work alone; you are part of a team around the patient together with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, doctors, relatives, and other care staff. We offer competent colleagues and a good team spirit; we believe in cooperation, participation, and humor in everyday life.

Your tasks include:

• Conducting medical assessments and making well-founded decisions in the care process
• Performing health and medical care tasks with a focus on patient safety and quality
• Planning care interventions and actively collaborating with colleagues and interdisciplinary teams
• Working preventively to promote patients' health, well-being, and quality of life
• Being responsible for clear and accurate documentation and registration in our quality systems
• Working proactively to prevent care injuries and contribute to safe care processes
• Guiding and delegating tasks to students and care staff
• Actively participating in operational development and continuous improvement work

QUALIFICATIONS

As a nurse with us, you are a key person in creating safety, good care quality, and a positive experience for our patients. You will have a central and meaningful role in the operation. After a thorough introduction, you will have the opportunity to choose the area of operation where you feel best and where you can make the greatest contribution.

• Licensed nurse
• Driving license B
• Experience driving a car.

It is an advantage if you have experience in municipal health and medical care or if you are familiar with the operational system Treserva.
