About us

We are now looking for summer substitutes for two group homes in Nässjö. The group homes accommodate individuals aged 18 and over who fall under LSS category 1, that is, individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, or autism-like conditions.

About the position

We are currently seeking summer substitutes for our operations. As a housing supporter, you will work with individuals who need support with their daily living. You will work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Providing individual support, care, and service interventions

• Planning and conducting activities with the client

• Carrying out delegated health and medical care tasks

Employment conditions

Working hours are varied: day, evening, weekend, sleeping on-call, or awake night shifts.

The summer substitutes will be needed from week 25-32, with the possibility of continued hourly employment.

We apply individual salary setting and other compensations are according to collective agreements.

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as documentation is a significant part of the job

• A valid B driver's license

It is advantageous if you have:

• Experience from similar operations

• Education as a nursing assistant, special educator, or behavioral scientist

• Knowledge of low-arousal approaches and clarifying pedagogy
