About the role

As a Project Engineer in Electrical Power, you will have overall technical responsibility in power contract projects of varying scope and complexity. You will ensure that the solutions are coordinated, feasible, and meet applicable requirements, regulations, and customer specifications.

The role is central to the projects and involves close collaboration with project managers, designers, site management, cost estimation, and external parties. You will drive technical coordination between disciplines, contribute in the design phase through review and development of solutions, and ensure that technical decisions are made in a timely manner. Your main tasks include:

• Overall technical responsibility in power contract projects

• Coordination of technical interfaces between disciplines and deliveries

• Interpretation and ensuring compliance with requirements, regulations, and customer specifications

• Technical review and development of buildable and cost-effective solutions

• Identification and management of technical risks

About you

We are looking for someone with a technical education in electrical power or a related field, for example from vocational training, university, or college, and who has built upon this with several years of experience in electrical power, power contracting, or similar fields.

As a person, you are structured and analytical with a good understanding of systems. You can prioritize in technically complex environments, communicate clearly, and take responsibility for ensuring that the solutions developed are well thought out, sustainable, and feasible. You are used to working in project environments and have experience with technical comprehensive solutions where multiple disciplines collaborate. You have a good understanding of how technology, contract execution, and project economics are interconnected, and you are confident in making independent technical decisions.
