Teacher - SVA grades 4-9 (Substitute for the school year 2026-2027)

Internationella Engelska Skolan Staffanstorp is now seeking a certified SVA teacher for grades 4-9. The position is a parental substitute, full-time position starting in August 2026.

You should be positive and cooperative and ready to join an international team.

We want you to have a teaching certification.

Responsibilities:

• Work for a stimulating classroom environment for effective teaching and learning
• Maintain the school's positive ethos and values, both inside and outside the classroom
• Communicate with guardians about students' development, progress, and achievements
• Maintain good order and discipline among students, in accordance with the school's rules
• Mentorship for students is included in this position.

Your own teaching as a teacher will be in Swedish, but among colleagues we speak English/Swedish. This means you must be fluent in both languages, both spoken and written.

Personal qualifications

You are outgoing, social, and have an easy time getting along with your colleagues. You are also good at prioritizing effectively, feel comfortable working independently, and are not afraid to ask for help when needed. You are meticulous and structured and have a good ability to express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish and English.

You are an experienced IT user and quickly familiarize yourself with new data systems.
