By developing long-term and sustainable planning and decision-making materials, you will help shape environments that support students' development and the mission of education, today and in the future.
Job Responsibilities
In the role of local strategist, you will provide qualified support to management and operations on issues primarily related to the administration's strategic local needs planning. You are responsible for annually developing and following up on the local needs plan as well as consultations and other governing documents that form the basis for work in the area. The assignment also includes coordinating and producing presentation materials and decision-making documents for the department head, management group, and committee within the relevant area.
As a local strategist, you belong to a highly competent department where specialists in operational local planning, local coordination, logistics and procurement, fire protection, safety and security, as well as digitization and IT work closely together. Here, you will be part of driving development in an environment characterized by collaboration, creativity, high professionalism, and a shared commitment to creating the best conditions for our students and staff.

- Good digital competence
- Very good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing.
Desirable:
- Experience in local needs planning within schools
- Documented knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint.
For this role, you need to be confident and responsible, with the ability to independently structure your work and drive processes forward. In your contact with the operations, you are attentive, accommodating, and have a clear desire to help and find solutions. You easily see connections and collaborate with different professions from a service-oriented perspective.
