Welcome to us
The Procurement Unit for Disability and Social Psychiatry consists of 34 employees and we are organized into three specialized groups: social psychiatry, disability for children and youth, and disability for adults.
The unit is staffed with three unit managers, 32 case officers, and one outreach worker.
We are now looking for you who want to take on a 10-month temporary position in an engaged and development-oriented operation where you really make a difference every day.

Your role
As a social worker and case officer, you have the opportunity to work with the individual at the center. Your work as a case officer in disability is significant and multifaceted.
You will work with adults who need support measures in their everyday lives. With the individual’s needs at the center, the case officer investigates the need for measures according to SoL and follows up on decided measures. The work includes meeting the applicant and their relatives as well as collaborating with other actors. The work also includes participating in development work within the unit. The investigation work is carried out with the support of the investigation and follow-up system DUR. You will conduct investigations that are legally secure, and it also includes writing statements based on legal practice.
Your competence and experience
For this position, you are required to have:
- A degree in social work
- Experience in needs assessment/the target group
- Very good computer skills
- Very good knowledge of Swedish, both written and spoken.
It is meritorious if you have:
- Experience with Stockholm City - Paraplyet and DUR
- Knowledge in MI, motivational interviewing

To work with the elderly and people with disabilities in their homes in Stockholm City, you must provide an extract from the criminal record. The extract must not be older than 6 months from the date of issuance.
