The work is characterized by a pedagogical approach, a structured working method, and a low-arousal and respectful attitude towards tenants and colleagues. We are now looking for a support educator who wants to work at one of Northern City Center's LSS service housing.

In the role of support educator, your primary responsibility is to support tenants in their daily lives in the way that each individual needs. The support is individually tailored to provide residents with a safe home and opportunities to develop based on their conditions. The starting point is that interventions in the home are carried out together with the residents to contribute to development and independence.

You are calm and stable as a person, have good self-awareness, and can reflect on your strengths and weaknesses. You are reflective and analytical in your thinking, and with a pedagogical perspective, you communicate clearly. You understand how to adapt your working methods to the person and situation and have a respectful attitude with good empathetic ability.
