Do you want to help shape the future of healthcare competence? At Campus Telge, we continue to develop and strengthen our educational activities, and now we are taking an important step by establishing an educational area in healthcare and social care. Therefore, we are looking for an engaged, pedagogical, and structured vocational teacher who wants to help build and ensure the quality of our distance-based higher vocational education programs focusing on psychiatry, elderly care, and palliative care. The programs are advanced training that leads to the professional role of specialist nursing assistant.

As a vocational teacher, you will be a central part of this initiative and play a key role in developing our new educational area within healthcare and social care.
Your responsibilities
The position of vocational teacher entails overall responsibility for teaching – from planning and implementation to quality assurance of our higher vocational education programs in healthcare and social care, which is a new educational area for Campus Telge. You will work both strategically and operationally to ensure that the programs maintain high quality and meet the industry's competence needs.
In this role, you will write, develop, and quality assure course syllabi and pedagogical support materials, as well as be responsible for scheduling and designing course structures and teaching according to Campus Telge's pedagogical framework. You will introduce, coordinate, and quality assure external educators, and you will maintain continuous dialogue with the labor market to ensure that the content of the programs is current and relevant.
An important part of the assignment is to procure, coordinate, and follow up on workplace-based learning (LIA) placements. This involves contact with supervisors and workplaces as well as conducting LIA visits to follow up on students' development and ensure that learning is at the right level. For this part of the work, it is an advantage if you have a B driver's license.
The role requires you to create and record pedagogical materials and teach remotely in a way that creates engagement and structure for students regardless of where they are located.
As the pedagogical hub of the programs, you will work closely with the education leader to ensure that the programs comply with higher vocational education regulations and our internal quality routines as well as the management group's requirements for us as an education provider.
The position requires professional experience in healthcare – preferably in elderly care or psychiatry – combined with good pedagogical skills, good structure, digital competence, and confidence in leading groups in a distance-based educational environment.

Requirements:
- Licensed nurse or licensed healthcare and social care teacher
- At least 3 years of professional experience in healthcare and social care
- Good pedagogical skills and confidence in leading groups.
- Very good Swedish in spoken and written form.
- Good digital competence and experience working in Microsoft Teams.
Meritorious:
- Pedagogical education.
- Experience in teaching
- Work experience in psychiatry, elderly care, or palliative care.
- Experience in supervision or adult education.
- Previous leadership experience.
Personal qualities:
- You have a strong pedagogical ability and find it easy to create good contacts – both with students, colleagues, and external partners.
- Your high digital competence allows you to work seamlessly in digital learning environments, communicate via digital channels, and use Teams and other platforms naturally and effectively.
- Very good ability to structure, plan, and document.
- You thrive in team collaboration, actively contribute to collective development, and have your own drive to develop education in dialogue with relevant partners.
- You also have a good understanding of quality work and see the whole picture in the educational process – from planning and implementation to follow-up and improvement.
