What We Offer You

In the role of career and guidance counselor, you will guide participants in both Komvux and SFI. You will conduct counseling sessions, provide educational and career information, participate in startups and introductions, and give presentations in classes.

You will work with both drop-in and booked visits, establish and follow up on individual study plans, and collaborate closely with administrative staff, school management, and our student health team (EHT).

You are an important part of our team and will have a role where you make a direct difference in the participants' futures. Since we also have classes in the evening, some evening work may occur.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is a trained career and guidance counselor and has experience working in adult education. You have a good understanding of Komvux and SFI, are skilled in conducting counseling sessions, are comfortable with documentation, and can express yourself easily in both speech and writing.

You thrive in a multicultural environment and enjoy working closely with students. As a person, you are positive, flexible, and solution-oriented. You collaborate easily with others, are resilient under stress, and are engaged in the participants' development. It is an advantage if you speak multiple languages.
