Audiologist Wanted for Our Clinic in Säffle

Your Workplace

The hearing care service is a regional operation under the ear, nose, and throat clinic (ENT). This means that all hearing care has the same principal. We operate in Arvika, Karlstad, Kristinehamn, Hagfors, Säffle, Sunne, and Torsby. Hearing pedagogues, social workers, and engineers have regional coverage and are based in Karlstad, while audiologists are stationed in various locations in the region, with some also traveling to other locations for consultations.

Your Responsibilities

We are now looking for a full-time audiologist based in Säffle. Travel to other locations may occur as needed. Currently, one audiologist works part-time in Säffle. It is a small clinic where you, as an audiologist, will share responsibility for all tasks of the clinic. This means that in addition to hearing rehabilitation and hearing tests, you will also be responsible for daily operations such as mail handling, orders, and repairs.

Most of the work is completely independent, and having experience in the profession is very beneficial. There are varied challenges with both new and very old hearing aids. In hearing care, we work in teams around the patient, and the entire region's staff meets regularly either physically or remotely.

Your Skills and Competencies

We are looking for someone who is a licensed audiologist. We work in AuditBase and Cosmic, so experience with these systems is an advantage. We place great importance on good collaboration skills, flexibility, and personal suitability. Since the work may involve travel, a B driver's license is required.
