We are a modern car trading company that combines technology, service, and speed to deliver a seamless customer journey – from car purchase to home delivery throughout Sweden. We are now looking for a self-driven doer who enjoys responsibility, variety, and staying on top of things.

About the role

This is a practical, active, and broad role in our logistics center in Upplands Väsby. You will be a key person in our daily operations: you see what needs to be done, plan smartly, solve problems, and create security for the customer through clear communication.

You will work hands-on with the cars and be the one who keeps the logistics together – with the phone as one of your most important tools.

Your tasks

Logistics & deliveries

• Drive cars to/from external workshops and inspections
• Book and submit cars for inspection
• Assist with urgent drives and quick rescheduling
• If necessary: coordinate the week’s drives and create structure in the flow

Customer contact

• Call customers to book/schedule deliveries
• Keep customers updated and secure daily during ongoing deliveries or changes
• Be solution-oriented and professional in all communication

Car handling & minor interventions

• Test cars according to our testing protocols
• Fetch, replace, and manage spare parts
• Perform minor mechanical tasks (e.g., lights, battery changes, mirrors, etc.)

Order & structure

• Keep the parking area clean, organized, and clearly marked
• Work systematically with checklists, planning, and follow-up so that nothing falls through the cracks

We are looking for someone who

• Is genuinely structured: you plan, prioritize, follow up, and document
• Is self-driven, responsible, and takes initiative without being told
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle changes with calm and focus
• Is comfortable calling customers and building trust
• Is punctual and enjoys delivering quality

Requirements

• Driver's license B (manual + automatic)
• Good driving experience and confidence behind the wheel
• Access to your own car (the logistics center is located away from public transport)
• Clean criminal record
• Available for drives even at inconvenient times if needed
• Good planning skills and sense of order

Meritorious (not required)

• Experience from a car workshop, inspection, or similar
• Familiarity with route planning (time/cost)
• Experience with spare parts and minor mechanical work
• Previous role in logistics/transport/service
