Compliance & Certification Specialist

About the role

As a Compliance & Certification Specialist, you will be a central part of our quality function and report to the Quality Manager. You will work closely with several parts of the organization – R&D, production, purchasing, and projects – and be a natural support in matters related to standards, directives, and certification.

Travel may occur in the role, for example, in connection with audits, certifications, or external meetings.

Your responsibilities

You will, among other things:

• Ensure that our management systems meet relevant standards and regulations, such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 17020, ISO 27001, and AQAP 2110
• Drive and coordinate product certifications according to applicable directives and regulations (e.g., PPE, PED, MED, etc.)
• Plan and conduct internal audits and participate in external audits
• Develop and update quality plans
• Work with change requests (ECR) and contribute to the development and improvement of the management system
• Participate in tender work and external meetings as needed

You have the mandate to initiate actions and coordinate resources – and if necessary, stop operations or require corrective actions to ensure quality and safety.

Who are you?

We believe you are a person who takes real responsibility. You see the big picture but do not miss the details. You are confident in regulations but also pragmatic in how they are implemented in operations.

We would like you to have:

• An engineering degree at least at the bachelor level
• At least 5 years of experience in quality work and/or CE certification
• Experience in developing, implementing, and revising management systems
• Good knowledge of standards such as ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, and preferably AQAP 2110
• Experience in third-party certification of products.

As a person, you are structured, analytical, and communicative. You are used to collaborating with different functions and have the ability to build trust – both internally and externally.

You express yourself fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and are comfortable working in Office 365 and business systems.
