In the role of production engineer, you will work closely with production and technology, focusing on preparation and optimization of manufacturing flows. You will primarily work in preparation tools and the MES system FactoryLogix, where operation lists are created and managed to ensure an efficient and quality-assured work order in production. The role also involves responsibility for developing and improving production processes within series production.Your main tasks

• Prepare products in preparation tools and MES system (FactoryLogix)
• Create and manage operation lists for optimized manufacturing flows
• Manage and develop manufacturing processes for series-produced items
• Participate in the development of methods and machines within the production area
• Assist in the construction and renovation of production lines
• Ensure updates and inventory of equipment
• Contribute to preventive work environment efforts related to machines and equipment
• Build knowledge within the processes and support colleagues in working methods and techniques

• Has a bachelor's degree in electronics, electrical engineering, or similar – or equivalent experience
• Has at least 1 year of experience in electronics production, manufacturing industry, or production technology work
• Has Swedish citizenship (requirement related to classified operations)
• Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently
• Is structured, driven, and willing to raise questions and improvement suggestions

• Knowledge of circuit board manufacturing (PCB) or electronics production
• Experience in production preparation or manufacturing processes
• Material knowledge within electronics production
• Experience with MES systems or similar production support
