We are now looking for an experienced self-driven measurement technician for a permanent position and direct recruitment to one of our popular clients/actors in the measurement/construction industry in Stockholm.

As a measurement technical consultant with us, you will play a central role in the project's lifecycle. Your work is the link between project idea and reality, and you are the hub between the site manager and the work team. With your knack for practical solutions, positive attitude, and willingness to solve problems, you will become a key person in the projects you are involved in, from pre-planning, through production, to project completion.

Main responsibilities include:

• Reviewing drawings and technical documentation before project start.

• Ongoing measurement technical support during the production phase.

• Control measurements and control calculations.

• Responsible for quantity regulation, which is a crucial part of the project's success.

• Close collaboration with the site manager and the estimating department on financial matters and project agreements.

Examples of current projects:

• Östermalmstorg is being upgraded to a vibrant, safe, and accessible city square that preserves the historical values of the square. A detailed planning project where we have many eyes on us, and where communication with clients, residents, businesses, and visitors is just as important as production results.

• The property Separatorn 1 is a new office building with an innovation center that Skanska is building on behalf of Fabege. A park landscape will be established on the roof of the innovation center, and we have been asked and accepted the challenge. A project at (somewhat) dizzying heights that requires good coordination and efficient logistics.

• Bromma shopping center is being expanded, and the city of Stockholm has decided to implement adjustments to facilitate traffic flow after reviewing the traffic flows. The work includes, among other things, the construction of two new lanes and the relocation of existing crosswalks within a busy area.

Marbit is an entrepreneurial and family-run company with short decision-making paths, where order and structure as well as growth and development are prioritized. Our operations consist of 90% construction projects, with assignments both as contracts and framework agreements, mainly for public clients. Precisio Mätkonsult is a subsidiary of Marbit that supports the main operations and rents out resources on a consulting basis to external clients.

Formal requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as a measurement technical consultant.

• Experience in quantity regulation, preferably from AMA/MER/RA Construction.

• Good knowledge of SBG Geo or Topocad. AutoCAD is an advantage.

• Good knowledge of instruments from Leica or Trimble.

• Driving license B.

• Good knowledge of Swedish (requirement) and English.

Desirable experience and knowledge:

• Production measurement for infrastructure, construction, water, electricity, and detailed planning.

• Production measurement for buildings.

• Surveying with scanners and/or drones and data processing.

• Responsible for quantity regulation of contracts worth 10 - 100 million SEK.

• Quantity lists with technical descriptions, AMA Construction, and MER Construction for quantity regulation.

• Relevant technical education (master's degree in engineering or equivalent education).

Other requirements and wishes:

• Good computer skills.

• Residence in the Stockholm area.
