Subproject Leader ILS for C-390

We are now looking for a subproject leader ILS for the C-390, which is the new tactical transport aircraft that will replace the current Tp84 Hercules. Acquiring the C-390 is a very large and complex challenge, which will receive significant focus in the coming years.

About the position

As the subproject leader ILS C-390, you will lead a smaller project team where you are responsible for ILS issues in close collaboration with the main project leader and product leader, as well as with suppliers and users within the Armed Forces.

You will plan, lead, develop, and follow up on the project work within the technical area of ILS for the aviation material system.

You are responsible for building the logistics function regarding the introduction of the C-390, which includes, among other things, aircraft with documentation, spare parts, equipment, simulators, training equipment, and planning and evaluation equipment.

You are responsible for ensuring that milestones are achieved according to the schedule, within budget, and with agreed quality, and you contribute to the basis for finance and procurements during project management.

Your tasks also include conducting operational and maintenance analyses, maintenance preparation, and spare parts optimization, as well as being responsible for requirements setting and analysis work to optimize the system's life cycle cost.

You participate in the selection of maintenance concepts with the development of maintenance plans and procurement of maintenance agreements, and you work in project form to further develop the flight system, which encompasses all phases of the life cycle such as development, procurement, maintenance, modification, and decommissioning.

About you

We are looking for someone with a degree as a civil or engineering graduate or another relevant education in the field. We would also like you to have project management training or equivalent knowledge acquired in another way.

You have good knowledge and experience of working in the area of ILS and project management experience. If you also have experience working with flight systems, it is an advantage. In the role, it is beneficial if you have experience in technical system work, requirements work, procurements, and acquisitions.

Relevant and current experience in the defense sector is an advantage.

Furthermore, you have a very good ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
