We are now looking for a Logistics Planner for a consulting assignment with a client in the energy sector in Stockholm. The assignment is for six months with a good opportunity for extension for the right person. Your tasks

You will be responsible for ensuring stable and optimized logistics flows in a production-related business where the pace is high.

• Plan and coordinate transports between production facilities, customers, and stations
• Ensure delivery precision and optimize flows based on production and customer needs
• Have daily dialogue with production, carriers, sales organization, and customers
• Prioritize deliveries based on business value, capacity, and agreements
• Follow up on costs, volumes, and forecasts
• Participate in improvement work and development of future logistics structure
• Participate in follow-up meetings with transport partners

The role is operational and event-driven, requiring you to make decisions quickly and work solution-oriented.

Worth knowing

This is a consulting assignment for six months starting in June to facilitate handover. There are good opportunities for extension. The placement is in Stockholm, and the work is mainly done on-site at the office. Initially, travel to the production facility in Malmö may occur in connection with the introduction. The working hours are 40 hours per week, and the role requires some flexibility as the business is production-related.
