Do you want a key role in a comprehensive local project where business, technology, and law meet? A leading company in the telecommunications industry is now looking for an experienced Tenant Representative for a temporary assignment related to the renegotiation of lease agreements and future office solutions.

The company is about to sign a new lease agreement and will either adapt the current office premises or carry out a larger relocation. Regardless of the choice, a qualified representative is required to safeguard the tenant's interests against landlords and contractors throughout the project's execution.

You will serve as the tenant's obvious contact point with the landlord, project organization, and contractors, ensuring that all obligations of the lease agreement are implemented correctly and without deviations. With overall responsibility for quality, cost, and time, you drive the work forward, identify risks at an early stage, and ensure that any issues are handled proactively and commercially.

Your responsibilities include:

• Representing the business in all project decisions and translating business and operational needs into clear technical and functional requirements.

• Ensuring that design, technical solutions, and installations meet agreed requirements and specifications.

• Monitoring lease agreements and technical descriptions, ensuring that no unplanned additional costs arise.

• Coordinating and managing stakeholders in a complex environment with both internal and external parties.

• Providing decision-making support to the steering group and management.

• Ensuring a structured handover and good operational readiness before moving in.

• A technical education in building systems, technical infrastructure, or workplace design.

• Experience from commercial real estate, construction and adaptation projects, workplace development, and technical installations (IT/AV, security, property management).

• Good understanding of lease agreements, technical descriptions, construction processes, and contract law.

• Documented ability in risk management and problem-solving.

• Experience working in complex stakeholder environments with both landlords and tenants.

• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

• Preferred: Experience in larger relocation or change projects (approximately 10,000 square meters or more).
