Estimator at Elimperiet – Make a Real Impact

Elimperiet AB is an established electrical installation company based in Upplands Väsby, operating in Greater Stockholm and Uppsala with around 30 electricians, 17 service vehicles, and a turnover of approximately 60–70 million SEK. We have over 20 years of experience in electrical, telecommunications, and technical installations, working with everything from service and renovation projects to commercial projects, properties, and retail environments.

The company was founded by three partners who still run the business together – with short decision-making paths, high transparency, and a strong sense of community. Here, you sit close to the business, near the management, and get to make an impact.

We work with stores, residential buildings, car dealerships, LSS accommodations, and contract projects – often through framework agreements and with many recurring customers.

We are known for keeping deadlines, managing warranties professionally, and delivering quality.

Now we want to grow – and are therefore looking for an estimator who wants to take a central role in our continued development.

Your Role

As an estimator with us, you will have a key role in a management-adjacent position.

You will be responsible for estimating both contract and service projects – often several simultaneously

– and will be involved early in the process where you influence the business's conditions.

You will:

  • Estimate electrical contracts and service assignments
  • Work with Wikells or Bidcon, Bluebeam, and Excel
  • Read and analyze drawings and technical descriptions
  • Calculate changes and manage modifications in projects
  • Participate in bid reviews and handovers to the project organization
  • Be a sounding board for owners and project managers

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Electrical engineering education at the high school level or equivalent
  • A background as an electrician
  • At least 3 years of experience as an estimator in electrical work
  • Good familiarity with Wikells or Bidcon
  • Experience with Bluebeam and Excel
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Electrical engineer / calculation engineer
  • Good knowledge of AMA EL, AB 04 / ABT 06
  • General authorization
  • CAD skills
  • Experience in managing changes

As a person, you are:

  • Meticulous and structured
  • Communicative and comfortable in dialogue with both installers and clients
  • Business-minded and solution-oriented
  • Comfortable with freedom under responsibility

This is what you get with us

At Elimperiet, you get more than just an estimating role.

✔ You become part of the management team and can make an impact

✔ Three engaged owners who are available as sounding boards

✔ A stable business with low employee turnover – many stay for a long time

✔ Transparency about how the company is doing and where we are headed

✔ Further education and skills development

✔ Health insurance

✔ A strong team spirit with joint activities, Christmas dinners, and summer parties. We are proud to have a safe working environment without serious accidents and work systematically according to AMA at the forefront.
