About the role

As a space planner, you belong to RISE's Property and Service function (FoS), to the unit of Space Supply where you report to the head of Space Supply. The role involves working with space supply and building long-term and trusting relationships with our internal customers and landlords. The position is located in Örnsköldsvik, Umeå, Luleå, or Skellefteå. The position includes travel within Sweden. We currently operate from a hybrid work model where most employees choose to split their work time between the office and their home workspace. Your tasks and responsibilities include:

• Supporting the organization in formulating its space and workplace needs and driving development.
• Carrying out local projects from start to finish, mainly adaptations and relocations.
• Working with the annual rental process internally at RISE, which includes budgeting and internal termination of premises, among other things.
• Leading local meetings on-site.
• Preparing calculations, decision-making materials, and working with space supply plans.
• Negotiating and renegotiating with landlords.

You are self-driven, structured, and meticulous with the ability to work pragmatically. You have excellent communication skills and can pedagogically explain complex projects to various stakeholders. You contribute a visionary and business-oriented perspective, where you are proactive in your work.

We are looking for a space planner with experience in:

• space supply, contract writing, and negotiation
• driving local projects as a tenant
• working in the space supply process and project process
• work in the property and construction industry
• fluent Swedish and good English are required

Preferred qualifications include:

• relevant academic education
• experience with LOU
• experience in labs, research, development, industry, or manufacturing
• concrete examples of a customer-driven approach aimed at improving turnover and profitability while minimizing space costs
