Accounting Assistant Needed for Full-Time Position

Are you ready for new challenges in the field of accounting, or have you recently completed your accounting education in high school? We are looking for an accounting assistant on behalf of our client for a full-time, permanent position.

In the role of accounting assistant, you will work with various tasks within accounting. You will work closely with the accountants and support them in different accounting-related tasks. In your role, you will assist project leaders with various administrative tasks in the ongoing operations. The right person will become a very important part of the company's continued development. In addition, you will be responsible for the reception and be the face of the company, as you will be the one welcoming customers and visitors.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing the reception and phone.
• Handling simpler accounting-related tasks.
• Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.
• Supporting project leaders with various administrative tasks.

This position is a direct recruitment, meaning you will be employed directly by the client. The position is full-time and is a permanent employment with a probationary period as a start. You will work at their office in Sundsvall, and the position is expected to start as soon as we find the right person. Working hours are weekdays, office hours.

Qualifications:

• High school education in accounting or equivalent education.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Good computer skills and strong administrative abilities.
• Experience in accounting work is an advantage.
