Description

As a member of the Kramboservice team (Krambo's customer service), you always have the customer in focus. Your daily work is based on the customer's needs and wishes while always working to create value for the company. The customer should be offered good service and service guarantees and receive quick solutions and answers to problems and questions. You ensure good communication between Krambo and its customers and assist them with their inquiries and wishes, aiming to create added value for the company. As Krambo is a company in constant development, tasks and responsibilities may change.

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the reception and welcoming of customers
  • Receive and respond to rental and housing inquiries.
  • Provide support to our customers by handling incoming support requests via phone, email, and visits.
  • Receive fault reports and create work orders internally in Krambo's property system Vitec.
  • Assist with internal support to colleagues by providing requested information and, if necessary, follow up with tenants on ongoing matters.
  • Handle complaints and conflicts or misunderstandings between tenants, or between Krambo and tenants.
  • Inspect apartments in connection with move-outs

Qualifications

The job requires a high degree of flexibility and the ability to take personal responsibility to deliver according to agreements. You are professional and solution-oriented in your role. You have a very good ability to structure and prioritize your work. The job involves many personal contacts, thus requiring you to be communicative, service-oriented, and have excellent collaboration skills.

You have experience working in environments with many customer interactions and are accustomed to working with various computer systems and switchboards.

Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form; knowledge of additional languages is a merit.

A driver's license (B) is required.

Experience in conducting apartment inspections is an advantage.
