We are now looking for a stable and committed assistant for our client! The client is a 22-year-old man who lives alone in an apartment in Strandängen, Jönköping. He is cheerful, attends daily activities, and enjoys being active with his assistants.

The client has significant support needs and requires help with everything.

• Assistance with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, transfers, heavy lifting may occur
• Cleaning and other household chores
• Accompanying on activities, training, medical appointments
• Communication and social support

The client has significant medical needs with a feeding tube, suction, and epilepsy. Experience in this area is desirable but not a requirement.

You who are applying should have a strong work ethic and feel a great responsibility for your work. You should be flexible, have a good ability to adapt to situations, appreciate and work for the client's best interests in everyday life. You value accuracy and clear communication. You are calm, empathetic, and attentive to the client's needs and wishes. You must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written. Good teamwork skills are required as there is double staffing around the clock.

Experience in personal assistance or similar work is a plus, but the most important thing is that you are engaged and confident in your role.

We are primarily looking for a substitute who wants to work on a schedule during the summer, but there is a chance to start already now, with the possibility of transitioning to a part-time position after the summer. The shifts are scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends. Awake night shifts may occasionally occur.

We prefer that you are smoke-free.

Start date by agreement. Introduction and delegation provided.
