What does the role entail?
Through a customer-focused, business-oriented, and quality-driven approach, your task will be to develop, plan, and lead the operations towards set goals. The role thus entails overall responsibility for personnel, delivery, customers, and finances in a varied everyday environment.
Examples of responsibilities and tasks:
- Personnel responsibility and development of employees.
- Lead, coordinate, and develop the operational service delivery to ensure a professional and satisfactory delivery to the customer.
- Establish and develop a trustworthy and business-like dialogue with the customer and ongoing follow-up within the framework of the delivery.
- Improvement and development work, both internally and towards the customer.
- Coordination, management, and collaboration with other groups within Coor as well as with subcontractors.
- Establish goals and continuously follow up on these.
- Financial and closing work.
What are we looking for in you?
You are a confident and business-oriented leader with good collaboration skills and a communicative leadership style. With your professionalism and attentiveness, you create thriving teams and see how it contributes to a successful and profitable delivery. With a solution-oriented approach and a knack for building strong relationships, you smoothly balance the demands of various stakeholders. You are analytical, structured, and enjoy administrative tasks. Your ability to prioritize and adapt flexibly makes you successful in a dynamic environment, where you build a competent and pleasant team for the best results.
We expect you to have:
- Education and/or experience in property management, logistics, or other equivalent and relevant education deemed suitable for the role.
- At least two years of leadership experience with personnel responsibility.
- Ability to speak and write Swedish and English fluently.
- Driver's license (B).
- Good computer skills and experience working in O365. Experience with Maximo is an advantage for quickly getting into the system work.
- Sales experience with customer engagement is a merit for us.

About the position
- Employment type: Permanent position.
- Employment rate: Full-time 100%.
- Working hours: Monday-Friday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
- Start date: As soon as possible.
- Probationary period: 6 months.
The role is classified in a security class and a security check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) will be conducted before employment.
