We are a cheerful group based in our offices at Ektorp Centrum in Nacka or our office at Igelbodaplatån in Saltsjöbaden. We focus on the customer and the best possible quality in the work we do.

To apply for the position with us, you must meet the following basic requirements:

• You are trained as a Care Assistant according to the National Vocational Package of the Swedish National Agency for Education (800 points).

• You have a valid license from the National Board of Health and Welfare for the protected professional title Nursing Assistant.

• You have experience working in home care.

• You can cycle/drive an electric moped (class 2 if you do not have a driver's license).

• You have a B driver's license.

• You master Swedish in speech and writing and can document in social journals.

• You need to have a mobile bank ID or Freja eID.

• You preferably live in Nacka municipality or a neighboring municipality.

• You are used to working independently.

• You have a professional approach in your communications.

• You find it easy to collaborate and thrive in a flexible environment.

• You are resilient and used to taking responsibility.

Your tasks:

In home care, you work in our clients' own homes providing the care and support they are entitled to, according to the assistance decision and the individual implementation plan.

Your tasks may involve assistance with:

• Care and personal hygiene

• Support with dressing and undressing

• Social support

• Meals

• Cleaning and laundry

• Shopping

• Supervision

• Accompaniment to doctors

• Escorting to activities outside the home

• Relief for family support where we temporarily relieve a relative

• And much more

Working period and hours:

We offer either day or evening schedules with shifts every other weekend in a rolling two-week schedule. There is also the possibility to work as needed.

Day schedule working hours: 07:15 - approx. 16:15 or evening schedule: 15:45 - approx. 22:45. There are variations of fixed schedules with different working degrees.

We have two offices in Nacka Municipality to be close to our clients. One office in Ektorp Centrum in Nacka and one office in Saltsjöbaden. We believe that you live nearby so that travel to and from work is not burdensome. Please indicate if you prefer to work from the Nacka or Saltsjöbaden office or if it does not matter.

Transport methods between clients are determined by the needs of the operation. This means that even if you have a driver's license, a car is not guaranteed for work purposes. The majority of our transport methods consist of electric bicycles, bicycles, electric mopeds, and walking routes.

About us:

Annelies Home Care Team is a private company founded in 2003 that provides home care in Nacka on behalf of Nacka Municipality. Today we have about 120 employees. We have two offices from which we operate, one in Ektorp Centrum in Nacka and one at Igelbodaplatån in Saltsjöbaden.

We work for as high personnel continuity as possible in our planning. At the offices, we have administrative staff who plan employees and clients in different geographical teams/areas throughout Nacka Municipality.

We are Star Rated in dementia diseases through the Swedish Dementia Center's training program.

We have modern environmentally friendly electric hybrid cars, electric mopeds, and electric bicycles, work clothes, wellness grants, and modern massage chairs at the offices where you can receive individually tailored massages before or after your work shift. We work modernly with digital systems for work schedules and client efforts. We do not have a collective agreement, and occupational pension is offered to all permanent employees over 25 years old.
