We are looking for a Project Logistics Professional / Logistic Project Manager for an assignment where you will play a central role in planning, coordinating, and monitoring logistics and project flows in larger project environments.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining project plans and schedules, analyzing material flows, and ensuring that the project's progress is monitored and reported in a structured manner. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and actively contribute to achieving the project's goals, milestones, and deliverables.

• Develop, update, and monitor project plans and schedules

• Ensure structure and quality in the project's planning and monitoring work

• Conduct analyses of material flows and logistics interfaces

• Monitor the project's progress and manage deviations

• Analyze project data to identify trends and areas for improvement

• Ensure compliance with project standards and regulations

• Work on resource planning related to project execution and staffing needs

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project milestones

• Experience in project planning and scheduling in complex project environments

• Documented experience working with SAP and/or Primavera P6

• Strong analytical skills and experience working data-driven

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize independently

• Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written

• Willingness and ability to work on-site in Finspång at least 3 days a week

• Experience with Qlik / Qlik Sense

• Experience in logistics flows in larger industrial or technical projects

• Education in project management, planning, logistics, or related field
