Material Controller Wanted for Exciting Environment in Linköping

Are you a goal-oriented problem solver driven by making logistics flow? On behalf of our client in Linköping, we are now looking for a driven Material Controller. Here you will play a key role in tracking materials and securing production in an exciting environment!

ABOUT THE POSITION

As a Material Controller, you will be a central part of our team responsible for ensuring an efficient and optimized material flow. You will work on planning, controlling, and following up on materials from order to delivery, as well as contributing to minimizing inventory costs and maximizing delivery reliability.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The role involves managing and optimizing the company's material flows, from purchasing to inventory and production, to ensure high delivery reliability and cost efficiency.

Plan and optimize material flows to meet production needs.
Ensure material availability through proactive monitoring and control.
Follow up on deliveries and manage any deviations with suppliers.
Maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Proactively identify and implement improvement areas within material handling.
Analyze inventory levels and forecasts to optimize capital binding.
Use business systems for effective material planning and follow-up.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

Have basic knowledge in logistics and material planning.
Have experience in a similar role such as Material Coordinator or Material Controller.
Have good system skills and the ability to work in business systems.
Have a structured and meticulous work methodology.
Are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

It is a merit if you have

Experience working with specific ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Monitor).
The ability to take initiative and drive process improvements.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
