Are you an experienced production engineer who thrives close to production and is driven by streamlining, improving flows, and creating stable processes? We are now looking for you who want to take an important role at a high-tech industrial company in Linköping with strong growth and a fast-paced environment.

Our client is in a phase with a strong focus on production, streamlining, and quality improvement. The business is ramping up and needs to strengthen with experienced production engineering competence to ensure stable flows, the right capacity, and efficient production.

You will work broadly within production engineering with a focus on supporting and developing ongoing production. Examples of tasks include:

• Streamlining production flows
• Balancing production lines and working on increasing pace
• Developing layouts and designing workplaces
• Identifying and addressing bottlenecks
• Improvement work related to quality, work methods, and approaches
• Creating and updating work instructions and production documentation
• Production-related support to the workshop and operators
• Ensuring that the product is built according to applicable requirements and documentation

You will work closely with production, quality, and design and be an important link between technology and the workshop.

The assignment is long-term for at least 1 year with the possibility of extension. The role develops over time and offers the opportunity for broader responsibilities as you become more familiar with the work.

We see that you:

• Have at least 3–5 years of experience as a production engineer
• Have relevant education in production engineering or equivalent.
• Have a background in manufacturing industry (experience with complex assembly is a plus)
• Have worked with improvement work, flow optimization, and production development
• Can communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
• Have Swedish citizenship
