A Smart and Meaningful Choice

Do you want to work closely with operations and are passionate about environmental issues? Do you also have a strong interest in technology and enjoy solving problems? Then our position as an environmental production technician may be right for you!

Your Next Workplace

Bravikens Paper Mill is one of the world's most production-efficient paper mills. With advanced technology, we refine the Swedish forest into innovative specialty papers that are used for magazines, books, direct mail, and packaging. Here, you will always be close to knowledgeable and engaged colleagues. The desire to do a good job and contribute to a greener future is evident. We have nearly 400 employees. Our mill is located by the beautiful shores of Bråviken outside Norrköping.

Your Future Challenge

As an Environmental Production Technician, you will be part of the section management, and the position reports directly to the section manager for TMP/Wood/Energy and Environment. The role involves coordinating the factory's water treatment and working with section management and operators on improvement work and development. You will participate in daily operations, which means optimizing the facility and improving the availability and reliability of the equipment.

You will take part in both smaller and larger projects regarding, for example, renovations, efficiency, quality, and energy optimization. You will act as a coordinator for maintenance efforts and lead production work during stoppages.

To Succeed in the Role

We are looking for someone with some form of technical or process engineering education or experience from technical professions. Previous experience in operating and maintaining water treatment or other process sections in the process industry is advantageous, and if you also have experience in some form of leadership, we consider that a plus.

To thrive in the role, you need to be able to plan your workday according to the needs of the business and then structure and drive the work process forward. You have good IT skills, and it is advantageous if you have worked with IFS or other business systems and/or have experience with large combustion plants.

We Offer You

With us, you get the best of both worlds. At Bravikens Paper Mill, you work in a non-prestigious organization with fast decision-making paths and short distances from idea to implementation. While we are small enough for you to make an impact, we also have the strength of a corporation with the resources to implement development and change.

We offer you a developing job with significant personal responsibility. We have an open and welcoming atmosphere characterized by our values of courage, commitment, and responsibility.

We place great importance on the introduction process to ensure you settle into the role well. Holmen is characterized by internal mobility, giving you as an employee great opportunities for development within the company.

The position is full-time during daytime hours with a start date according to agreement, based at Bravikens Paper Mill outside Norrköping. Selection and interviews are conducted continuously during the application period.

Apply today, no later than March 13th. If you have questions about the position, please contact Fredrik Bragsjö, the recruiting manager.
