We are now looking for a senior Program Manager for an exciting assignment within strategic purchasing and Commodity Management. The role is placed in a business that works with medium-sized gas turbines and is facing a clear growth phase. Here you will have a central role in leading, coordinating, and driving activities related to scaling up capacity in the supplier base.

Commodity Management is responsible for ensuring the right capacity from suppliers within each material area. As a Program Manager, you will be the hub in the work to keep the growth plan together and ensure that activities are driven according to plan.

In this role, you will work closely with our Commodity Managers and report directly to the head of Commodity Management.

Your responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate activities related to the volume growth plan.
• Drive and facilitate steering group meetings.
• If necessary, develop structure and working methods for managing the growth plan within purchasing.
• Be responsible for reporting at both detailed and management levels.
• Conduct analyses and compile decision-making materials.
• Ensure that the plan is followed within each material area.

Your profile

• Several years of project management experience, preferably in a leading or managerial role.
• Strong collaborative skills and a clear results focus.
• Good experience in preparing presentation materials for management level.
• Very good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Academic education as an engineer or business economist.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
