Bollnäs Home Care is now expanding the workgroups in Kilafors with more staff.

The workplace is located in Kilafors, but work may occur throughout Bollnäs Home Care.

Your Role

In home care, you have an independent role where you work in a team with your colleagues and other professionals. You visit clients in their homes to provide them with support and care in their daily lives. The work is varied, creative, and offers many exciting encounters with interesting people.

It is important for us that our clients maintain their self-determination, influence, and dignity. The basis for your work includes assignments and implementation plans. By having a responsive and professional approach, you contribute to the experience of security.

Medical Interventions

You carry out medical interventions, such as medication management, wound dressing, and rehabilitation under the delegation of licensed personnel.

Collaboration

We place great importance on your ability to collaborate. You work closely with the person you are helping, their relatives, colleagues, and resource persons such as nurses and physiotherapists.

Planning and Schedule

The client's needs are the basis for planning and scheduling. Depending on the needs, you may work alone or together with colleagues. The schedule varies with day, evening, and weekend work, as well as split shifts if needed in the operation.

Your Knowledge and Experience

We want you to:

• be a trained nursing assistant
• have experience in the field
• have a driver's license
• master the Swedish language in speech and writing.
• be able to identify yourself via Freja eID or Bank ID

You are a person who:

• has a commitment to the target group
• finds it easy to work with other people and has a desire to help others
• works goal-oriented and takes responsibility for your tasks
• easily creates new contacts
• has the ability to empathize with others' perspectives
• can organize and prioritize your tasks effectively
• has a positive attitude that promotes a good work environment.
