About the Position

K-Bygg is now looking for an analytical and business-driven Pricing Specialist who wants to help shape the future pricing strategy within the Swedish construction trade. The role is new, business-critical, and located at the heart of the category and purchasing organization. Here you will have the chance to work both operationally and strategically with the aim of strengthening profitability, improving customer experience, and creating long-term price control.

Your Future Responsibilities

As a Pricing Specialist, you will have significant responsibility and authority to develop and manage K-Bygg's pricing model. You will work closely with category managers and act as an analytical sounding board, focusing on driving pricing strategies that deliver results.

Examples of Responsibilities:

• Develop and follow up on campaign and project prices in close collaboration with the marketing department and category managers

• Actively work with price elasticity, margin targets, and pricing models tailored for different customer segments.

• Ensure high quality of price data in K-Bygg's systems

• Develop reports and dashboards for monitoring pricing-related key performance indicators

• Contribute to the strategic work with dynamic pricing and digital price optimization

We are looking for someone who has

• Experience in pricing, business analysis, or category work within retail, building materials, or a related industry

• A relevant university degree in economics, statistics, industrial economics, or equivalent vocational training, or has extensive work experience in a similar role

• Experience working with larger data systems and analytical tools such as Power BI and ERP systems

• Advanced Excel skills

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is a plus if you have

• Experience working with e-commerce and online pricing strategies

You are curious, bold, and decisive. You enjoy working independently, dare to take your own initiatives, and are driven by creating value through logic, structure, and business acumen. You like to dive deep but also understand the practical impact of a pricing decision.
