Surbrunns Health Center is looking for a Reception Nurse with Coordinator Assignment
We are a pleasant and well-functioning health center with approximately 13,500 registered patients located in the city center at Odenplan.
We have home healthcare with about 75 enrolled patients. We focus on our patients and a good working environment, and we work in nice premises located centrally at Odenplan. Job Responsibilities:
The work involves all tasks performed by a nurse at the health center's reception. This includes planned and unplanned visits as well as telephone counseling in TeleQ and chat in Always Open. The job also involves part-time coordination for the entire nursing group, being responsible for and driving all development projects, and managing schedule structure and staffing planning.
As a nurse in primary care, you will meet patients of all ages and from different cultures in both planned and emergency visits, as well as telephone counseling and advice/contact with patients in our digital channels. The work requires broad competence and independence.
Qualifications:
Licensed nurse with the authority to practice within Swedish healthcare. Experience working in Swedish healthcare, particularly in primary care, is an advantage. Good computer skills and experience with the journal system Take Care and TeleQ are also advantageous. Familiarity with digital work is a merit.

Employment Type:
Permanent employment, full-time Monday - Friday. Start date according to agreement. A probationary period may be applied.

- employees who will have patient contact must undergo a pre-employment examination, according to current directives, which is conducted through occupational health services before employment.
- in addition to Swedish professional license, good knowledge of the Swedish language at level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) is required. The same requirements apply to non-licensed personnel with patient contact.
